About Pawmade
Pawmade is a marketplace for pet products in the United States. We help buyers discover and purchase pet products from independent sellers — starting with pet food and treats and related items like non-prescription pet supplements and feeding accessories (subject to our policies).

What to include
When you contact support, include:
- Order ID (if you have one)
- What happened and what you want (refund, replacement, or other fix)
- Screenshots (if helpful)
- Tracking number and carrier status (if shipped)
- Photos or video (if damage/quality issue)
Seller subscription help
- Sellers can set up their shop and save draft products for free.
- On iOS, the first charge happens only when a Seller chooses to publish a Listing.
- The current Seller subscription offer is 1 month free, then $3.99/month through Apple.
- To cancel or manage the Seller subscription, use Apple subscription settings in the iPhone App Store account page.
- If a Seller subscription expires, live Listings are paused immediately. Existing orders can still be managed and shipped.
- If you restored a purchase and it still does not unlock selling, contact support and include the seller email and Apple account used for the purchase.
